Dear Sirs:
I can't thank you enough for the incredible job you did on my Carl Zeiss/Jena binoculars. I know that I had an interesting relic underneath all those years of neglect but I had no idea I'd be getting back the most beautiful pair of binoculars I have ever seen.
After speaking with Zeiss, who said they wouldn't touch them because fo their age, they gave me a list of shops that they said 'might' do the repair. I called over the country. Opinions ranged from "Sure, no problem, but don't expect much, those are old you know" to "Yes, we can take a look at them, but frankly if we decide to work on them it will not be cheap"...
...Bill, I'm indebted to you for all the fine work you have done. It is rare these days to find a combination of excellent workmanship and all 'round nice folks. I sent you a dusty, dirty pair of neglected optics from the 1930's and you sent me back a priceless heirloom! |

| I was able to find the eye pieces to my telescope. The salesmen were friendly and very helpful. These guys really know thier stuff. |
